This policy explains what information Innovinc AI ("we") collects through innovinc.ai and how we use it. Please have it reviewed for your jurisdiction before relying on it.

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form, the AI Readiness Quiz email form, or book a meeting, we receive the details you enter (such as name, email, company, role and message). We use them only to respond to you, prepare proposals and provide our services.

AI assistant

Messages you type into the on-site AI assistant are sent to a third-party AI model provider to generate a reply. Please do not share confidential or personal information in the chat. We do not use chat messages for marketing.

Tools and calculators

The AI Readiness Quiz and ROI Calculator run in your browser. Your answers are not stored unless you choose to submit your email to receive results.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run this website: Netlify for hosting and form handling, Google (Google Calendar for meeting booking, Google Sheets to record enquiries, Resend to send our email replies, and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used), and AI model providers (Google Gemini and Groq) for the assistant. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and features are used, for example when a form is submitted or the quiz is completed. It uses cookies and does not tell us who you are. You can block it with your browser settings or an ad blocker.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@innovinc.ai.
